This Privacy Policy explains how TD Soft ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Mystic Cards (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
The App does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any directly identifying information.
Through Google Firebase the App collects limited technical and usage data:
Your game progress (deck, run state, settings) is stored on your device only. We cannot read it and it is not uploaded to us.
The App shows no advertising. It contains no advertising SDK, and no data is shared with any advertising network.
The App contains no in-app purchases and no payment processing of any kind. It is free, in full.
The App uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging and Remote Config), provided by Google LLC. Data handled by these services is governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The App is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data in transit is encrypted. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase according to Google's default retention periods and are used only to fix problems and improve the game.
You can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the App; uninstalling also deletes the progress stored on your device. To request deletion of analytics or crash data already collected, email us at the address below and we will action it.
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
